SPA CHECK-IN
Please arrive within 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened due to our next appointed guest.
RESERVATION
Walk-ins are welcomed, however, appointments are preferred.
CANCELLATION
Please kindly give us at least a 3-hour notice in advance, or as soon as possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Expires 6 months from the date of purchase. No cash value or refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
REFUND
All services completed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are not completely satisfied with your services, your nail service can be repaired.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
Please be advised that any customers with open wounds, infected wounds, nail diseases, or preexisting injuries, may be advised not to be serviced due to the health and safety of our customers and technicians.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and personal checks (note: there will be a $20 surcharge if the check bounces)
